There's never any easy stress free way to go about that, but Adam and the boys from Move On moving and Junk Removal made my move an exemplary experience. Adam and his team were such a delight to deal with. Expert communication, polite and exceptional customer service. These boys worked tirelessly to ensure that all our furniture was moved where we wanted it, worked late into the evening to assemble our TV stand, deck fire table and my desk. Never once did they falter or fail to impress. We hired Adam again the next day to pick up a love seat for us and they came through with ease, with a smile on their faces. These guys really epitomise the customer service experience. There's lots of movers out there that will leave you high and dry. Adam and his team will leave you with a smile on your face. Around 1:30 PM, we reached out to Adam with a last-minute request for help. Despite having no prior planning or booking, Adam and Landon arrived with enthusiasm and a willingness to help, fully understanding the urgency of the situation. Together, we pulled off a smooth, efficient move that would have taken us much longer without their assistance. In just four hours and 2 trips, they packed up the U-Haul they brought, delivered everything to the storage unit, and made sure everything fit perfectly. Throughout the entire process, they were not only professional but also kind and empathetic to our situation. Their support was invaluable, and we couldn’t be more grateful. I was dreading the move from my apartment to a house across town, but these Kelowna movers made everything so smooth. They showed up right on time, carefully wrapped all my furniture, and had everything loaded in what felt like no time. What really impressed me was how professional yet friendly the crew was. They treated my stuff like it was their own and even helped me figure out the best furniture placement in the new place. The price was super fair too - no surprise fees or hidden charges like I've dealt with before. If you're looking for reliable movers in Kelowna, I can't recommend them enough.
